Loved Medford, the hotel was absolutely great close to the park we came to see. The bed was extremely comfy, the room was new-fashioned and good basic. Booked the property for its particularly good location so close to restaurant, the train tracks, and shops. Also, a large public park was 1 mile away.

The rooms were brand-new and big size, with refrigerator and microwave. This location was comfortable and peaceful, just next door to restaurant as well as the park. Sometimes I visited The New China in the area.

The room was modern and good basic, it had air conditioner and coffee.

The breakfast is good, and the location is exceptionally nice so close to good sushi & ramen restaurant and many shops and restaurants and another area.

The staff were virtuous and excellent and the location was marvellous. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

The hotel is absolutely great, it has thoughtful staff and great facilities. The location is quiet, 1 mile from a large public park. The place provides fair prices.

The hotel provided excellent value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Fran who went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. Despite being located in a not great area of town, it was conveniently close to an organic supermarket and the activities we were involved in. The rooms were equipped with basic amenities such as a refrigerator and microwave, and the breakfast included some hot food options.

The only minor issue was that the shower head was positioned for shorter people, but everything else was okay.

The room was clean, comfortable bed, and nice staff!

The breakfast was sub par, dissapointing.

The room was a nice size. I liked the fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee pot, iron&ironing board.

The breakfast could have been better. More fruit and hard boiled eggs would have been nice.

I loved that it was quiet, easy to find and a short distance from both I-5 and Hwy 99

There was no coffee creamer in the room. It would also have been nice if there were information in the room regarding the continental breakfast (times) and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Room was freezing when we got there. Burned out heat lamp in bathroom. Didn't get replacement lamp or hot water until 4 hours after we checked in. Owner wanted to tell us about improvements he was making and problems he had. Did not want to discuss issues involving the room we rented.

I greatly enjoyed the room with refrigerator and microwave, the bed was comfortable. It was short walk to softball fields as well as festival, comfortable location overall.

The staff was excellent, the location was comfy and favourable. Continental breakfast catered for guests.

Every time we stay in Medford, like to stay here. The room is large and with air conditioner and coffee. The airport is 0.5 miles away, easy to get to.
